Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Moon23. We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email.

During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer. We’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $79.99 CAD or more before taxes and after discounts.

For orders under $79.99 CAD, standard shipping is available for a flat rate of [insert shipping price].

Delivery Times

After your order is processed, estimated delivery times are:

  • Canada: 3–10 business days

  • United States: 5–12 business days

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, and other circumstances outside Moon23’s control may affect delivery time.

Tracking

All orders include tracking when available. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment confirmation.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Moon23 cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@moon23.store. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your package appears delayed, please check the tracking information first. If you need help, contact us at support@moon23.store with your order number.

If an order is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review your request and arrange an appropriate solution.

International Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped to the United States, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the product or shipping price unless stated otherwise.
